Photographs from the Straus Historical Society's Archives and other sources are interspersed throughout the text. New information that completes the story of Isidor's life from the point where he left off is added in the Supplement. This volume also includes information about Isidor's public service and philanthropic activities. Articles from the Society's newsletters, which also can be found in the supplement, will give the reader a much broader understanding of Isidor Straus' accomplishments.
